Each plan has a monthly conversation quota. A conversation is one DM thread or one comment thread.
- A conversation is counted once per month, when the first reply goes out to it. Replying ten times in the same thread that month still counts as one.
- Messages and comments that come in are never blocked, even when the quota is used up. You can always read them.
- The month is the calendar month in UTC. Counts reset on the 1st.
When the quota is used up, sending replies to new conversations stops until the next month. Conversations you already replied to that month are not affected.
